Izelle completed her first 200 hours of Yoga training with Cheryl Duncan and Sarah Bentz in 2011. She went to Bali to get more teaching experience from Daniel Aaron and learnt more about Bhakthi Yoga from Ragunath Cappo. She completed Air Yoga with Carly Bowden and Budokon with Dave Gardner.


Today on #TheSitDownWellness, we spoke about the benefits of yoga for children and then went into a brief yoga session with them. 15 min is just as much as their concentration levels can take and I hope this helps you develop a good starter yoga practice for your little ones. Remember, they don’t have to perfect each move but keep nudging them and encouraging them to be present… tough… I know! LOL
