Geronomow Tjiueza is a Senior Manager in the Human Capital division at one of the largest banks in Africa. He has been instrumental in enabling achievements of his segment business goals by being responsible in translating the business strategy in the people strategy which included a variety of pillars including talent management which he is very passionate about. Geronomow was part of 20 HR leaders that were selected to go to Israel to partake in research around the future world of work and have some valuable insights to share. Geronomow has over 11 years experience working in the financial industry working for multinational companies like Marsh & McLeannen which is a Fortune 500 company to name a few. Geronomow holds an MBA (thesis – a development framework for the implementation of virtual workplace environment in the South African banking industry) Honors and a Bachelor degree.
