The 5-star week was kick started with a night in Paris that included, pre-dinner cocktails at the legendary Ritz Paris hotel’s Bar Hemingway, followed by dinner at Manko Paris, where the exquisite Peruvian cuisine was paired with delectable Grey Goose cocktails. Guests rounded up the night with a visit to Le Syndicat that is one of the top 25 cocktail bars in the world. The night was a taste of the full Grey Goose experience – glamorous and captivating, but with the best of the experience awaiting the guests at Le Logis.

Professional chefs Nthabiseng Ramaboa, aka Chef Nti, Chef and Restauranteur Chef Wandile (Mabaso), Kefilwe Mabote –unquestionably Mzansi’s most recognized luxury influencer, curator of bespoke luxury experiences Vika Shipalana, content creator Lerato Kgamanyane, and media personality, model and actor Maps Maponyane. The group was hosted at Le Logis by Grey Goose pioneer François Thibault.
Born and raised in Cognac region where Le Logis is located, Francois Thibault was instrumental in transforming Le Logis from the 17th century manor house into the memorable ‘Home of Grey Goose’ it is today. He shared the story of the iconic Grey Goose vodka, and walked the guests through the fascinating and intricate process of how the world’s finest vodka is created, albeit without revealing its secret recipe.
Grey Goose vodka is 100% traceable from crop to cork. From harvest to milling to distillation to bottling, every step is done in France. The distillation process removes the gluten from the finest Picardie winter wheat without removing what gives it its distinctive character.; an important point to note for the health-conscious vodka enthusiast.
