How I Lost Over 2 Kilograms In A Week

So I have a new or not so new weight loss fad I’ve been bitten by… I’m not letting go!

It worked for me and I should share.

I’ve been using two products for the last week and I’ve already lost just over 2kg. Before I go any further, I’d like to clarify that I am no health or medical expert. Before you try what follows and you are on chronic meds or your health isn’t 100% please consult your GP or get advise before trying this out. Don’t try this if you are pregnant or breastfeeding please.

I’ve been so silly and lazy during Winter… Maybe it’s not really lazy but rather that thing called life happened. I just ate… Went to the gym as a past time visit every now and again and then left it for daaays. (I ended up cancelling the subscription by the way). I need to find something i can feel guilty about because clearly spending hundreds of rands and not getting my value was not working *Side-eyes self*

I’ve ended up looking like a muffin and getting the odd ‘You look well’ comments from family and friends. You know that tone that insinuates you’re beginning to look round… Yeah that one.

So when Future This gifted me with their Skinny Green Coffee, the heavens were speaking to me through them CLEARLY! I’ve been researching (read googling) about Garcinia Cambogia for a while and I thought, let me actually try this all out. I’m still standing, no negative side effects and I’ve got my energy and mojo back!

So here they are and here’s my programme:

My favourite part about it is the fact that it reduces your craving for carbohydrates. The Garcinia Cambogia fruit has been used as a natural appetite suppressant by people for hundreds of years.

23/11 –  Started at Lunch 

  • 1 sachet green coffee after breakfast
  • 1 Garcinia capsule 30min before lunch

Weight: 54 Kg

Energy: tired and sleepy

Water intake: 1.5L

24/11

B/fast 

  • 1 sachet green coffee
  • 1 Garcinia capsule 30min before meal
  • Already feeling abit lighter and less tired.

Lunch 

  • 1 Garcinia capsule 30min before meal

Weight: 52.2 Kg

Energy: bit more energetic and perky

Water intake: 5L

25/11 

B/fast

Feeling abit lighter and less tired.

I didn’t take any at lunch as I was consuming alcohol (Moms are allowed a little party fun).

Weight: 51 Kg

Energy: Super energetic. I went out to an event… My alcohol tolerance is so low with this programme.

Water intake: 2,2L

Conclusions, so this really does work and I’m feeling great. I did not change my diet at all. I just crave less food and less sugary eats all the time.

I think I’ll get around to managing a proper meal plan, but the way my work and family life is setup – unpredictable eating is all around me 24/7!

I’ll answer all questions ask as honestly as I can. I honestly feel lighter and less bloated all the time. My energy levels haven’t felt so great in a while.
